PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Laughlin Bay Marina is the first marina to be built in Nevada on private property. It will offer a fully staffed marina with year-round boat maintenance, launching and storage facilities in addition to a ship store, restaurant and lounge.Laughlin Bay Marina has 1,250-feet of frontage on Laughlin Bay, which opens to the Colorado River. Laughlin Bay Marina is the first Nevada marina to adopt voluntary Clean Marina standards; it has received support from state and federal environmental agencies including the Army Corps of Engineers. The project received support and approval from the Laughlin Community, the Laughlin Town Council ↦ Advisory Board, the Clark County Planning Commission, and the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce. The Laughlin Bay Marina provides easy access to boaters from Marina Lagoon Dr. Phase I was completed to allow for the spawning of the endangered razorback suckerfish.
